    To pursue a career in HR, one can either opt for MBA with Human Resources as a specialisation or pursue a Master's, Certificate degree or Diploma course in HR. Some of the jobs that students with an MBA degree in HR Management can take include Compensation Manager, Manager of Employee Relations, HR Generalist, Technical Recruiter, Director of Staff, Placement Manager, Training and Relations Manager, Organizational Consultant, and more.     I will suggest you to do BBA then MBA. Currently, the BBA degree is gaining momentum amongst students.
