Can you suggest me a composite course of Graduation and Post-Graduation?

My ward is pursuing commerce in 12th expecting a CGPA of 9. Can you please suggest courses with best possible colleges, selection criteria etc. as in Delhi with 9 CGPA, no good colleges look available. Going for CA straight is risky and wants to pursue graduation, composite with PG may be good.
