Kindly suggest colleges having fee under 6 Lacs for 4-years excluding hostel fee and under 10 Lacs including hostel fee along with a good placement record. Also, is Chandigarh University a good option?

If you want colleges that will cost you less than INR. 10 Lacs, then I'll suggest you to opt for the AKG or KIET, as these are the only best in class colleges in the budget you have mentioned. -
