IITs, NITs BITs, if you don't get admission here, then Manipal, VIT, Srm Amritha Anna University, GITAM, Delhi University, LPU, and Siva Nadar University are best.

BITS-Pilani, Goa-Hyderabad and VIT. Apart from that, there are other colleges as well, but seeing the placement and competition and learning opportunities, I would not recommend those.
