<p>Usually CAT Exam pattern&nbsp; is kept on changing and modifying from previous one but after covid it is happening more, here are the changes evolved in 2022,2023 exam pattern-&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h2><strong>CAT Exam Pattern 2022-</strong></h2><ul><li>CAT 2022 exam will be conducted in the online mode in two sessions in a single day.</li><li>The first session will be in the morning from 9 AM to 12 PM and the second session will be the evening session starting from 2 PM and concluding at 5 PM.</li><li>CAT 2022 exam will be consist of 100 questions out of which some will be MCQs and some will be TITA (Type In the Answer), these questions will be further divided into three sections namely VARC, DILR, and QA.</li><li>To answer all the questions in each section, candidates will get 60 minutes.</li><li>All the questions will be in the English language and candidates will get 4 choices in the multiple-choice questions.</li><li>There will be negative marking in CAT 2022, for every incorrect answer 1 mark will be deducted.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;CAT Exam Pattern 2023-</strong></p><p>The CAT Pattern is created annually by the organisation in charge of administering the exam to gauge candidates&rsquo; aptitude for quickly and accurately solving mathematics and reasoning tasks. There are 3 exam portions, according to the official CAT Exam Pattern:</p><ul><li>VARC</li><li>DILR</li><li>QA</li></ul><p>In total, 66 questions were asked on the exam last year, which had a 120-minute overall duration and a 40-minute sectional time limit. The CAT Exam Pattern is created in a way that makes it simple for officials to assess candidates&rsquo; logical and mathematical abilities. Therefore, if you plan to take the future exam, you must familiarise yourself with the CAT Paper Pattern 2023.</p>

<p>A total of 66 questions were asked in the CAT Exam 2022. these 66 questions were divided into 3 sections:</p><ol><li>Verbal Abillity and Reading Comprehension (VARC)</li><li>Data Interpretation and logical Reasoning (DILR)</li><li>Quantitative Aptitude (QA</li></ol><p>Whereas in CAT 2023 Exam following changes occur:</p><ol><li>CAT Exam is a Computer-Based Test (CBT)</li><li>CAT exam consists of following three sections:</li></ol><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;-Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; -Quantitative Aptitude</p><p>CAT Exam: Type of Questions</p><p>CAT Exam of consists of 2 types of questions:</p><ol><li>Multiple Type Questions (MCQS)</li><li>TITA Questions (Non-MCQs)</li></ol><p>CAT Exam marking Scheme:</p><p>-For every right answer +3 will be awarded</p><p>-For very wrong answer in MCQs, -1 will be deducted</p><p>-No Negative marking in CAT for non-MCQs (TITA questions)&nbsp;</p>
