For mms they accept only cet Scores that too if u score above 98+, in this score anyways u dnt have any chance, u shud write for mah cet exam on March. -
The applications for MMS are through the DTE allotment system which is conducted by the university through CET scores
You would have to apply for the college by giving your application for the MH CET exam -

You can apply through cmat too under all india seat category, last year cut off for the second round was 99.75 percentile.
