I have fortune of working with both these big names in education. While ICFAI has a longer history and solid track record, LPU cant be ruled out because despite being a newer institution in the field, it has made rapid strides to excellence in last decade or so. Since you are opting for a distance learning degree, I assume that you are already in a job or business.
