B.Tech is a 4-year course and BCA is a 3-year course. The difference is in B.Tech the syllabus is more professional and more comprehensive then BCA. You will learn a lot in B.Tech instead of BCA. I want you to prefer B.Tech over BCA

It all depends on the quality of college if you get a good college for BCA or MCA then it is a better choice.
