The difference between D Pharma and B Pharma is that B.Pharma is a Bachelor’s programme of four-year duration whereas D Pharma is a two-year Diploma course. Most of the B Pharm courses are offered strictly on the basis of national-level or state-level entrance examinations whereas D Pharma courses are generally offered on the basis of merit by various institutions.

Also, there is a huge difference between both courses, based on their course curriculum. B Pharma has a wider course structure in comparison to D Pharma and offers more subjects and credits than D Pharma.
