    Normal MBA is also called General MBA, which focus on general/common aspects of Business Administrations. The sector specialization is provide subject knowledge of that area or subject e.g. MBA in HR, focus on all aspects of Human Resource management. MBA in Finance focus on all aspects of finance management. The specialization is better and you need to pick the specialization based on your interest and competency.
