Detailed Solution:

$i = \frac{7}{3.5 k + 0.9 k Ω} = \frac{7}{4.4 k}$

$V_{0} = i * 700 Ω = \frac{7}{4.4 k} * 7 k = \frac{9.9}{4.4} = 1.1 V$
