Do I have any chance to get a seat in 3rd or 4th round if I attend JoSAA counselling? I have got 10290 rank in JEE Mains through OBC

You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.

I think you might get a seat within 2nd or 3rd counselling with your rank or else there are faint chances of getting a seat in 4th counselling.
