Do I have any chance to get ADMI through CAP rounds or will I have to wait until counselling round 4? I have scored 82.19% in HU open.

You will have to wait till the counselling round as there are only two CAP rounds now. Last year the cut off of CAP round 2 for general category open home university candidates was around 85 percentile. But the counselling round cut off was around 74 percentile so you will get through counselling round.
