Do I have to pay fees for every round of JoSAA counselling? Am I eligible for all rounds until I get desired branch in any college?
I got a seat in Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya in chemical engineering branch in 3rd round of JoSAA counselling. With my OBC rank 15025, am I eligible for all rounds once I paid fees for this seat?

The fee is applicable for all the rounds, you do not have to pay for the individual rounds.
