Do I need to apply again for AIBE 2024 again if I already applied for AIBE 18 but failed the examination?

Yes, candidates applying for AIBE 19 will be considered as fresh applicants if they have already appeared for the bar examination and could not qualify it. Candidates are considered as a new applicant even if they could not appear for the last session of AIBE. The exam authority does not refund or renew any candidate's registration.

Yes, you will need to apply again for AIBE 2023 if you wish to take the exam. Failing the AIBE 17 exam means that you did not pass the examination and therefore did not receive a Certificate of practice. In order to receive the Certificate you must pass the exam. Each AIBE exam is a separate event, and you will need to register and apply again to take the AIBE 2023 exam.
