Do I need to have more than 50% marks in class 10th to get admission in MBA? I scored 659 in September MAT & 61% in UG.

You are eligible to apply as long as you have 50% or above marks in aggregate in the undergraduate examinations. I don't think your 10th marks should make any difference with regards to eligibility. So, yes you can apply for MBA. -
Yes the Criteria to get admission in MBA is 60% throughout. But then once go through the admission procedure of Christ because there are cases where below 60% is also acceptable
