To get a job in an international airline, there are plenty of ways. In fact, it's similar to getting employed by an Indian career. You can get Commercial Pilot's License and then join any airlines. You can do a cabin crew course and join as a cabin crew. You can get training of dispatcher and join as a flight dispatcher. You can do a course in finance and join as a finance person. MBA is a qualification which ensures profile in Management or Marketing or HR or Finance etc.
In international airlines, all such departments are very much existing and from time to time vacancies are announced asking for candidates who possess experience and educational qualification as per the standards.
In aviation, requirements are very specific for certain roles where they require MBA + experience in the same industry for a good amount of time to secure a job. The level of education required in order to secure a job in International airlines depends on the position one is looking for.
Usually, for the post of cabin crew, a person needs to have passed 10+2 and must possess excellent English speaking skills. They must also have a positive attitude and be mentally active and have good situational awareness. Having experience working as a cabin crew in a domestic airline before applying for an international airline is also an added benefit.

Whether you need to do MBA or not, it will depend upon which post or designation you are dreaming for?
For technical post:
MBA is not required. What you need to do is M.Tech (or ME) in aeronautical engineering or aerospace engineering from any recognised University. Although, you can do your M.Tech in mechanical, electronics or information technology but this specialisation helps you a lot in the international aviation industry. Here you can work as a flight engineer, plane manufacturer, technical advisor, etc.
