Do IITs allows B.Sc in Maths graduates to do M.Sc in Physics through JAM? I am studying Maths as my major and Physics as minor from 2023.

I have searched through IIT MEQ, almost all are asking "at least 4 semester/ 2 year physics and 2 semester/ 1 year mathematics". I will have Maths for 6 semester and Physics for 5 semester by the time I graduate. But I am worried if I need Physics degree.

As per the MEQ of IIT Delhi for M.Sc Physics, candidates must have studied Physics for two years ( 4 semesters) and Maths for one year (2 semesters) at graduation level. So, you are eligible for M.Sc Physics admission through JAM because you are meeting the specific subjects requirements for admission.
