Setting a criteria for selection is totally dependent on the company, in case a company has any such criteria they do inform prior to the CV shortlisting process. However, if you are eligible to enter into the college, you will also be eligible in most of the companies. And it is advised to maintain a decent GPA throughout. -
The only academic criteria set is the minimum CGPA requirement should be met to be able to sit for placements. So it is only dependent on your MBA marks and not based on 10th or 12th.
