Do we need to write screening exam in Delhi if we have completed MBBS in Russia and have done extra 2 years of MS course?

Hi Naveen,
MCI screening test or FMGE is to be given by all graduate doctors who study abroad. Purpose of this exam is to prove your knowledge and get license to practice in India.
This is applicable for all countries including Russia. Postgraduate degree from Russia is not acceptable in India. So, you will be able to practice in India only on basis of your graduate qualification. Your PG degree from Russia will be more of a tag though your knowledge will be useful in your practice.
I suggest for PG you try in India. Russia or any other country is fine for MBBS.

Hi Naveen,
You need not 2 take any MCI at all if you have undergone a post graduate course like MS or MD. You can work in India legally, no worries regarding that.
