Do you think normalization in JEE Mains 2019 is a bit biased to students as the same paper may be easy for one and difficult for the rest?

It's precisely to avoid such biases and perceptions that the paper in 'others' session was easy, National Testing Agency has decided to use percentile method. In this percentile is calculated for each session. Hence we can expect at least 8 students with 100 percentile in April sessions. It's quite logical & unbiased.
