Does a student need a domicile to study engineering in Gujarat if he had studied up to 10th in Rajasthan and 11th, 12th from Gujarat?

    To get a domicile certificate, you have to stay in Gujarat for minimum 5 years considering your case you are not eligible to get domicile certificate.
