    Hi,
    very nice to meet you. My opinion is to do B. Ed with an interest to gain knowledge and understanding of teaching and its pedagogy. The course should enable you to apply all the knowledge effectively. And if you do this with sincerity, you would definitely get a result worthwhile. As you become an experienced teacher, then B. Ed would become only a degree and the marks would become unimportant. If you found it useful then upvote or thumbs up my answer. Good luck.

    As per the new norms, B.Ed. Has been made compulsory for all the candidates appearing for TET and CTET. As the competition is quite high, you need to score high marks on the written test so that you are called for the interview. While applying for the government job, there is no extra weightage given to B.Ed. Marks in the final selection for government schools teacher. Pursuing B.Ed. A good university like Jagannath University can help you with job placement.
