    The Gulbarga University have specific terms and conditioms to refund the fee. The fee refund are  based on.

    • Withdrawal before the course have been started . In this case the  university may refund the fees after deducting some charges
    • Withdrawal after the course started. In this case if you raisee the request for thr withdrawl after attending one to two classe sthe university may refund the fee after deducting some charges 
    • If the unniversity itself cancels the course then every student will get the refund od the full fee amount without any deductions
