Does IMU Kochi offer better placements than Southern Academy of Maritime Studies?

The college has not released its placement report for the year 2022. However, the 2021 placement statistics are available, according to which 100 students participated in the placement drive of 2021 and out of which 22 students got placed in top companies such as DHL, Airlift, APL Logistics, Adani Group, etc. So, the overall placement rate recorded was 22%. The overall placement rate dropped from 52% in 2020 to 22% in 2021. Placement package for Bsc nautical Science student is 36k-45k. and for DNS is 33k-35k, for MBA students package is 20k - 25k, for B.Tech placement is poor in chennai camp
