    Yes, the wards of Para Military Personnel, including ITBP, are eligible for a defense quota in medical programmes such as MBBS, B.Sc. Honors, and BDS at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IPU). As part of the defense quota, the reservation criteria include particular priorities for widows, wards of defense personnel or paramilitary personnel killed in action, wards of serving defense personnel, ex-servicemen disabled in action, and more.
