Does LPU conduct placement classes for preparation?

A division called the Division of Career Services oversees placements at LPU. Professional Enhancement Programme: The curriculum incorporates specific courses (subjects) under the notion of Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc. ) National Level Benchmark Assessment of students. Placements in LPU are administered by a team called the Division of Career Services. This team helps the students in obtaining relevant work experience to complement their studies and develop appropriate skills and knowledge. LPU provides PEP classes where students are trained in aptitude, reasoning, soft skills, interviewing skills, free preparation for government exams, and more from the 2nd year till placements. LPU average package CSE/IT is usually high and students have secured offers from Amazon at a dream package of INR 28 LPA for LPU CSE placement. LPU also makes efforts in placing international students around their home locations or placing Indian students abroad. LPU provides classes for placement preparation and that starts from the first year. The university has a Centre for Professional Enhancement (CPE), which helps students acquire new skill Sets according to the ongoing industry demands. These students can get inputs based on aptitude, logical reasoning, soft skills, and verbal ability, which is a part of the curriculum.

Placement Enhancement programme (PEP) classes, which are specially conducted by the university's placement cell. Attending every interview or sitting for the placements is compulsory for every non-placed student. Every student will be given a few chances. To achieve the above referred goals following initiatives are undertaken: Lovely Professional University has been taking efforts to prepare the students for central and state competitive examinations as well as to get entrance into undergraduate and postgraduate professional courses. To achieve the same on a regular basis special coaching lectures, seminars, counselling sessions are organized by the experts. These inputs are largely divided into credited and non credited inputs. The syllabi of credited inputs are mapped with various competitive exams like GATE Bank- PO, UGC NET SSC UPSC CSIR NET. Non-Credited inputs include practice tests in collaboration with AMCAT, Co-Cubes, Bulls Eye, MyPerfectice.
