It is extremely cost-effective because you start the degree at LPU and save by paying only two-year fees or one-year fees of the foreign partner university. Semester Exchange programme: In the semester exchange programme, students get an opportunity to study a full semester at our partner universities around the world and finish their degree at LPU. Summer/Winter Study Abroad programme: A summer/winter study programme offers courses, both academic and non-academic. That last from one to six weeks. International internships opportunities: Through this, students can spend the last year of their degree or their last semester at a foreign university or company. Masters abroad programme: Many students aspire to do their master's or Ph.D. abroad after graduating from LPU.

LPU provides a Study Abroad programme that allows students to immerse themselves in a global study culture while studying in a different educational system. Students in this programme study a portion of the programme at a university (partner institution) in a different nation and receive academic credits from that university. This is a short-term programme that lasts anywhere from a half-year to a year in different countries. There are more than a thousand students every semester from LPU used to go abroad. Because Studying abroad allows the students to immerse themselves in an environment filled with new customs and an entirely different culture that is completely unique to their host country. Yes, LPU give the study abroad option to students such as credit transfer, semester exchange, winter/ summer school exchange, international exposure etc. By these programs students can apply in different international tie up universities such as University of California, State University New York, McGill University, Illinois Institute of Technology, University of Wisconsin Madison, Newcastle University, Brock University, and many more for study. Credit transfer: In this Student spend their 2 years in LPU and last 2 year in international university which has tie-up with LPU. Student also can do the Part- time job as a international student during study. After that, Student can get the degree from international university and get work permit. 2. International exposure: In this student have to pay fee of Course that you pay to LPU and explore the other university for 1 semester. 3. Semester exchange: Students can spend their 1 semester in international university and get degree from LPU. For Masters degree, there are 2 programs: 1. Credit Transfer- It is same as Bachelor but its 2 year degree so students spend 1 year here and one at international tie- up universities. 2. Summer/ winter school exchange: Students can spend their summer or winter on international tie-up universities. LPU does provide for study abroad options. There are various types of programmes designed for studies abroad depending on the discipline and students' choice 1- Summer /Winter School: Here you will have an option to go abroad and study during your summer and winter breaks 2- Semester Exchange: This wonderful opportunity gives you an exposure to study any one semester abroad at any of the partner Universities paying fees only as per LPU fee structure. 3- International Credit Transfer: In this design you have an opportunity of dividing your discipline into halves I. e (suppose for a 4 years course) 2 years with LPU and next 2 years with foreign partner University and getting your degree from that respective University.

And LPU has been offering a lot of international exposure on a huge level where students have created history and fulfilled their dreams of studying abroad, and as far as I know, LPU has tie-ups with over 50 international universities like Birmingham University, Mount Royal University, etc. Students are also given an option to go for 4 weeks study tour to the USA/ European countries or any other country as offered by the University. There is even a Semester Exchange programme too; Students are given an option to join partner/ receiving university abroad for a semester as decided by the University subject to conditions. LPU connects you to Top 200 Universities Across the Globe! They also provide the opportunity of summer schools/winter schools for its students. There is the Division of International Affairs at the LPU, which helps students go for Internships in foreign universities. LPU also provides opportunities to students to avail scholarships offered by foreign universities. LPU even provides an opportunity to students to pursue Masters's or Ph.D. at a foreign University. International credit transfer programs allow an LPU student to move to a foreign partner University after spending half the duration of the programme at LPU. Under credit transfer option, a student may opt to go to some foreign university to complete his degree. The student will study the foundation year of his/her degree in LPU and will study the remaining two years or one year of the degree in a foreign university of his choice.
