Does LPU provide Scholarships to students?

One of my friend had done MBA from the university. Lovely Professional University is a firm believer that financial constraints should not prevent a student from receiving a high-quality education. As a result, the University offers a Scholarship and Financial Aid Scheme, which is an endeavor by the university to foster the brilliance of students who might otherwise go unnoticed owing to financial constraints. Scholarships and financial aid are available in all of the University's programmes, from Diploma to Ph.D. The fee structure is determined by a number of factors, including the programme you wish to enroll in, the caliber of the student, and the candidate's success in the qualifying examination and, if required, the entrance examinations. As a result, the fees for the programme are determined by any scholarships that may be available. Scholarships are typically provided based on previous academic, cultural, athletic, or other activities performance, or under specific scholarship schemes for a specific group of students. -Eligibility Qualification/Previous Qualification: The scholarship will be awarded based on Eligibility Qualification. As a faculty I can give you the detail information regarding LPU scholarships. Many students get scholarship in LPU according to their +2 Percentages and their Score in LPU NEST exam. It also provides scholarships to the toppers of the corresponding years in University Scholarship 1 Every year, roughly 50-60 per cent of the students receive scholarships from LPU thereby bringing down their course fees by 70-75%. Scholarship 2 University offers scholarship on the basis of performance in LPU NEST is available for all programmes of the university except Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed. ) Scholarship bracket for Hons/ Integrated/ Professional programme will be same as corresponding regular programme. Scholarship 3 Fee Concession for Defence, CAPF and their dependants: Offers fee concession to Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Coast Guard, Central Reserve Police Force, Border Security force, Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Sashastra Seem Bal, Central Industrial Security Force, Railway Protection Force, National Security Guards, Special Frontier Force, Assam Riffles, Border Road organisation, General Reserve Engineer Force, Defence Research and Development organisation, Military Engineers Service and Defence Security Corps. Scholarship 4 For Person's with Disabilities: LPU offers a special scholarship scheme of full programme fee waiver to the Persons with Disability in the programmes. The scholarship will be given to a maximum of 20 students on first come basis. Scholarship scheme of full programme fee waiver under this scholarship will be applicable to Indian applicants only. Scholarship 5 For Orphan Applicants: LPU offers a special scholarship scheme of full programme fee waiver in the programmes. Lovely Professional University is one of the best private universities one can study in. and of course, they do offer scholarships to students. They offer scholarships based on Qualifying exams or previous qualifications National Level Test LPUNEST exam Sports Cultural Research & Development Co-curricular Activities Social Service Bravery Awards Special Scholarship for Toppers of Education Board Scholarship for Single girl child Scholarship for Person with Certain Disability Orphan Scholarships is also available. Board Topper. The scholarship also is extended to a person with a certain disability.

LPU understands the social corporate responsibility and believes in holding hands of the needy. Hence, in a bid to owe the social responsibility towards the needy, and give a token to the meritorious, LPU offers a range of scholarships and financial aid. You do not have to apply for a scholarship every time you pay the fee. What you get at the time of admission, continues till the course is over. However, the criteria are different for those who have sought admission through sports quota, board toppers, and performing arts. If you are a board topper and someone from the sports category and extracurricular performance category, you will have to either maintain a CGPA or keep performing in sports or extracurricular activities as the case may be. Otherwise, if you have got a scholarship through LPU NEST then you are not bound to maintain your academic or sports performance. These are the scholarships the university offers. Scholarship/ Financial Aid can be availed in all the Programmes of the University, ranging from Diploma to Ph.D. In the last seven years, University has offered Scholarships/ Financial Aid worth 500+ Crores. The fee structure depends on many factors like the programme you want to join, the caliber of the student, the performance of the candidate in the qualifying examination and in the entrance tests if applicable. So, applicable fees for the programme depend on the Scholarships if any is applicable. Scholarship will generally be awarded on the basis of previous performance in academics, cultural, sports or other activities or under specific scholarship schemes category for a particular section of students. Need-based scholarships are granted to pick low-income students, who in any case would not have the fee amount to afford the course. All things considered, wealthy students do not have a monopoly on knowledge. These are the reason LPu offers scholarships, I have also profited with the LPU scholarship and my course fee is reduced from 1.8 lacs to 1.2 lacs every year. DO you think I can get that much relief I can give to my parents if aI chooses to enter any either college other than LPU? The answer is NO. Offering the best and the brightest students help in getting higher education with equality, LPU provided lacs and lacs every year to grow and educate the world. Lovely Professional University conducts its own test LPU NEST (NationalEntrance & Scholarship Test). This entrance exam has been conducted on the basis of eligibility for the programmes and scholarship for most of the LPU programmes. The rebate in the course fee (that is scholarship) depends on the fee of the programme, date of admission and performance of the candidate in LPU NEST. Along with this LPU offers scholarship to applicable candidates on the basis of Sports, Cultural, R & D, Co-curricular, Social Service, Bravery Awards etc. I want to recommend to go and visit LPU websites once for a more clear picture.
