Your remuneration depends upon two things:
Your knowledge base for the required tasks and your ability to apply it in the situations. Your Impression to interviewer! Yes, it may sound trivial but it is true. The impression you leave on interviewer is a big factor. Probably these are the reasons why the choice of B-School from where you pursue your MBA has a BIG importance. When you talk about MBA-HR, HR people are pay deciders, and salary depends on your skill and your talent to an extent. You might be an awful finance guy but a great HR personnel, and considering this, your pay in HR would be way more than your pay in other specialisations. Dear aspirant, In my opinion, it is not true. It depends on your skill and your talent to an extent. You might be an awful finance guy but a great HR personnel, and considering this, your pay in HR would be way more than your pay in MBA-Finance. There are a lot of organizations that give a handsome number of salaries to MBA HR students and even in other fields. Though all other fields are equally important, if you see the career path in human resources, the people having 5+ years of experience in various disciplines of HR, even if they are from tier 1- Tier 2 institutions, are rewarded with 15+ Lac salary. Hope it helps.

The degree you choose depends on your career goals. Being LPU alumni, I would recommend LPU for MBA. LPU is known for its MBA. LPU provides quality education, with great scholarship programs plus holistic learning opportunities.
