Does MIT, US offer campus placement or job fair for international students for a UG course? Is the student eligible under immigration law?

Hi,
On campus placement is only available in Indian universities. MIT has career assistance cell which helps students network with potential employers, they organize career fairs, etc. but not placement. As an international student you can work under OPT rule for 3 years. After OPT either you have to come back or you may be hired by the employer. In this case employer has to sponsor the H1B visa which is the biggest problem. You can google about H1B and OPT.
