Does the hostel charges of Rs 1 Lakh include mess fees?

Hi Sumanth,
The fees of Rs 1 Lakh per year is for both accommodation and food.
Accommodation :
Two persons per room. One bathroom per room. Each bathroom has a 5Ltr water geyser. Each person in a room gets an individual bed and cot, almirah and a study table with a lockable drawer. No air condition
