Yes, international students are required to demonstrate their proficiency in the English language. The university accepts major English language test scores as the proficiency in English language. International students are required to submit a qualifying score of 220 or higher for computer-based; 80 or higher for internet-based on TOEFL or a score of 6.5 or higher on the IELTS. English is the language of instruction at UCF and all international students must prove their proficiency in the English language.
