For someone who doesn't want to do a job, but start his own business after completing MBA, which specialisation should he opt for in MBA?

You can always go for MBA in marketing or finance. Both of these options will give you a wide scope to open your own business.

For doing business, one does need an understanding of multiple areas like marketing, sales, finance, operations, HR so one needs to have an understanding of all of these areas. Since you are clear that you want to conduct your own business post MBA then you should explore MBA in entrepreneurship. Some leading institutes run this programme. This will help you to get a holistic view into all areas of running a business.
