Is NIBM-Chennai a fake institute?

National Institute of Business Management, (<a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.nibmglobal.com/" style='word-wrap:break-word;'>http://www.nibmglobal.com/</a>) head office based at Trivandrum, Kerala is the IAO and AACBE approved or registered institute that offers online MBA. NIBM’s administrative office is located in Chennai. A few years back, it was noticed that an unauthorized establishment with NIBM’s brand name had started to offer online MBA programs for students. This establishment was said to be based in New Delhi and it had even collected admission fee from various students on behalf of NIBM. NIBM Global would like to inform the public that the above mentioned institute is not genuine or authorized to the best of NIBM’s knowledge. NIBM is not responsible for any claims offered by this institute. With regard to this issue NIBM had filed a petition in the high court of Delhi in 2010. As a result of the petition filed, the honorable High Court of Delhi had ordered to terminate all the activities of this fraudulent institution and denied its very existence. No,its not. I got graduated from NIBM,Chennai in MBA and was approved by Bharathiar University. My certificate is valid and I can pursue higher studies or apply for govt/foreign jobs using my certificate. Its also AICTE/DEC/UGC approved.
