Official website to download UP NEET PG counselling result is upneet.gov.in. Students have to provide details such as roll number, select course, email Id, captcha etc. to download counselling result. After allotment students will have to report with original documents.

Round-2 UP NEET PG 2025 counselling reporting process will begin on December 22, 2025. Deadline for round-2 reporting is December 30, 2025. Students have to carry original documents during reporting.
