Has the exam pattern of AIBE 2024 changed?

<p>No, the exam authority, Bar Council of India has not informed about any changes in the exam pattern of AIBE 2024 yet. The exam pattern of AIBE 19 remained same as the previous sessions. Candidates should note that until AIBE 16 Test-Takers were allowed to carry Bare Acts without short notes/notes/ commentary. However, a confirmation about allowing Bare Acts with/without comments from AIBE 19 onwards or not was made available from the exam authority once exam date notification is out. All details of AIBE 19 exam mode, pattern, syllabus and open-book status was confirmed in the exam notification only.</p>

No. The exam pattern for the All India Bar Examination AIBE in 2023 has not changed significantly from previous years. The exam is still a multiple-choice exam with 100 questions. Each question is worth one mark. There is no negative marking. However, there are a few minor changes to the exam pattern for 2023. First, the exam will now be held in 22 languages, up from 11 languages in previous years. Second, candidates will now be allowed to carry copies of Bare Acts and Downloaded copies of Acts without notes but if such copies are not available then copies of bare acts with short notes/least notes will be allowed on the basis of prayer by some candidates. Overall, the exam pattern for AIBE 2023 remains the same as in previous years. Candidates should still focus on studying the syllabus and practicing with multiple-choice questions in order to prepare for the exam.
