Hi sir , can i change my branch in degree after completing diploma in electronics engineering, i m interested to do b.e in computer or IT.

Dear Dhaval, Well, it would depend on the institute, as different institutes have different criteria. As you have already done a diploma, you are eligible for seeking lateral entry in B.Tech. One requires to qualify LEET as conducted by the technical education board of the state. Lateral Entry Entrance Tests are conducted on state level. But some colleges and Univerities too conduct Lateral Entry Tests. You will get direct admission to 2nd year of B.Tech if you clear the exam. Yes Dhaval you can do that. After diploma you are going to get lateral entry in 2nd yr. B.Tech. And specializations in B.Tech start after 1st yr.only. So, you can easily change the trade. As for your marks, you are eligible for admission. Check with some of the universities like IIIT, LPU, MRIU etc regarding admission. Good luck.
