    They're woven into almost everything. You don't have a separate “leadership” course where someone lectures you; you experience it through group projects, presentations and discussions. An example of one such activity is telling a group of students to solve a conflict as if we were managers. It forced us to think on our feet, communicate clearly, and manage different personalities. In addition to this, there are dedicated workshops on communication, public speaking and personal branding e.t.c. By the end, even the shyest students become comfortable presenting in front of a room.
