As an alumnus of the LPU, there were the following types of exams in a semester when I studied:
Continuous Assessment: There will be 3 CAs, out of which the best 2 will be counted. Mid-Term Exam
    End-Term Exam
    Project (if applicable)
The pattern of the question paper will depend on the subject being studied. The exams are conducted on the university premises. For the latest pattern, you can contact the university officials.

    Hello,

Final test success depends on careful planning and the critical function of continuous assessment (CA). In order to achieve complete preparedness and streamline the entire preparation process, all three CAs must be completed. Every CA is very important and affects overall readiness. The dissection demonstrates its effect: First CA adds 30% to midterm preparation, resulting in a 20% workload on the actual midterm. The third CA peaks at 90% preparedness for the final phase, while the second CA increases preparation to 60% for future finals. There is a 30% loss for missing a CA, so you have to work extra hard on end-of-semester exa

Success in the final examination hinges on meticulous planning and the crucial role of continuous assessment (CA). To ensure comprehensive readiness and streamline the entire preparation process, it is imperative to successfully complete all three CAs. Each CA holds significant importance and significantly influences overall preparedness. The breakdown illustrates its impact: the initial CA contributes a 30% enhancement to midterm preparation, resulting in a 20% workload for the actual midterm. The third CA attains a peak of 90% preparedness for the final phase, while the second CA elevates preparation to 60% for subsequent finals. Mis

Success in end-term exams is contingent on thorough preparation, and your performance in Continuous Assessments (CAs) plays a pivotal role. Having completed all three CAs implies a substantial readiness for end-term exams, simplifying the overall preparation process. It's crucial not to overlook any CA, as each contributes significantly to your overall readiness.

    Consider this breakdown:

    • 1st CA: 30% preparation for the Mid-term, reducing the load to 20% during the actual Mid-term.
    • 2nd CA: Elevates your preparation to 60% for the impending End term.
    • 3rd CA: Peaks at 90% preparedness for the End term, leaving only 10% to be covered at the en

There are three tests throughout the semester out of which two best is considered. Then we have mid term and final term exams. There are CA (continuous Assessments) around 34 CA's depending on the subject. Those test are placed during the semester half before mid and half after midterm exams. Those tests CA has small part as the syllabus ( like 12 chapters). These test are very important they have a weightage of 25% in final marks.

Well, don't be scared, it would be reasonable. They are not going to be extraordinarily tough. They are going to be like any other exam of yours. Study according to the syllabus. Prepare the important units from the syllabus. Hope this answers your question. Good Luck.

It all depends on your preparation and how you have performed in your CA. If you have given all three CA it means you have prepared 90% for your End term exams. What I have seen is if you have given your CA with full preparation it becomes more easy to write end term exam and I never felt that exam level is tough. What I recommend you is never skip any CA. Here is my calculation.
1st CA 30% preparation for Mid term. At the time of Mid term only need to prepare 20%.
2nd CA 60% preparation for End term.
3rd CA 90% preparation for End term. Only 10% you have to prepare at the end. Skipping any CA. You will loose 30% of your preparation an
