The highest domestic and international packages offered during LPU placements in 2022 stood at INR 64 LPA and INR 300 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 431 students were offered packages between INR 10 LPA and INR 62.72 LPA during placements in 2021 and 2022. Apart from this, more than 1,050 companies visited the Lovely Professional University and 8,400 placement and internship offers were made during LPU placements for 2022. Placements for MSc Biotech students were also good. The top companies taking part in the placement drive at LPU were Capgemini, L&amp;T, Wipro, and others.

Dear student, LPU is a university that excels in all the major aspects. And talking about the placements, LPU student bagged the highest package of 3 crores. This department gets approximately 80% of the placements. Companies like root analysis, GSK, Cipla, nestle often come to the campus to recruit students. The average packages range from 2.5-6 LPA. Though it's not fixed and go up higher than this. I too got placed via their placement sessions. On an average 20-25 companies come every year on a minimum basis. LPU has high-tech labs equipped with instruments like laminar airflow, autoclave, centrifuges, and biosafety cabinets. The labs are further categorized in different sections based on their working conditionsvarious other related fields like animal biotechnology, plant biotechnology, enzyme biotechnology, and industrial biotechnology. The students get hand-to-hand practice, too, thereby getting a firm grip on the subject. The curriculum also focuses on real-life examples allowing the students to understand the concept to the core level. Other than this, LPU is a university full of exposure and opportunities. They provide excellent facilities with the best infrastructure and campus life. For all those willing to explore biotechnology, LPU is the best place and a prime learning institution.
