Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad is ranked 10th in 2017 as it is one of the national level colleges it's growth is miraculous and one of the fastest growing IITs. For computer science branch, placements are quite good and companies compete to choose the candidates with good packages. Almost 95% of got placed in some or the other companies some in electronics and some in software and rest moved for higher studies.

7 years agoIndian Institute of Technology Hyderabad is ranked among the top ten engineering colleges of India.
Being an institute of national importance its growth has been remarkable.Students here are very talented.Now talking about the placement, for the session 2016-17 total of 264 students placed out of 385 students.Rest opted for higher studies in the foreign universities like the National University of Singapore, University of Tokyo etc.
The top paying companies are Rakuten and Yahoo with a package of Rs 38 lakhs per annum.The average package is Rs 11.44 lakhs per annum.
