2. Submission of Documents:
Upon submitting the online application form and selecting Churchgate as the center, take a hard copy of the online form. Attach photocopies of your final year B.A. marksheets (semester 5 & 6) and submit them to the Department Office.
3. Google Form Link:

4. Outstation Candidates:
