How can I apply to a foreign university with my results? Details are stated below. I'm confused.

I have scored 90% in class 10th and 94% in class 12th (WB Board). Currently, I am in the 3rd year of B.Sc (Hons) physics. My B.Sc score is not that good. I got 75% in my major subject, but my 2nd-year score is not good.
