How can I become a Psychiatrist?

I'm currently studying in grade 10 (Dubai). In 11th I'm planning to take PCB and later become a psychiatrist. But what exams or courses am I supposed to take up to do so? Also, am I supposed to stay back here or come to India or go abroad? Which is more suitable?
