8 years agoIt is good to plan your career. The trainer soft skill requirement is more in corporate, you should have degree in any discipline. You should have excellent communication skills. You may have 6 to 12 month course in soft skill from national institute of technical teachers training in different part of the country. You may contact IIT for such course. Career prospectus is good but it depends on individual performance in the field.
