You can also start working directly under renowned sound designers or composers and learn from them directly as an intern or assistant. But that would need you to have contacts or good word of mouth or you should be highly skilled in your work. At first, your salary will be bare minimum - 10k to 30k. As you learn and polish your skills further, the salary can be as high as 1 Lacs to 3 Lacs.
