    You need to apply for MBA with HR specialization. Before this, you need to get at least 50% in your Graduation, and you will get placement as an entry level HR associate.

    Human Resource Management is basically to manage the employees of the company or an industry. In this basically, you have to manage compensation, salary, attendance, payroll, leaves, employee welfare, recruitment, forecasting human needs, evaluation of jobs, managing performances of employees etc. You can get jobs in HR department of the company to handle various things.
