Firstly I feel that you must be bold and full of energy as you have considered RJ as a profession, unlike others who are just going with the herd and stopping at being an engineer or a doctor. If you are really interested in becoming a radio jockey then it is very important for you to be spontaneous, spunky and have a pleasing as well as friendly personality. A good voice and a strong command over language is always a good thing when you are looking to make a career in this field. To become a good radio jockey, research is the key, like in every other field. You can listen to good radio jockeys to understand their style and later, with practice, you can develop your own.
