Hello, Thanks for asking. To become a school teacher, you have to pursue B.Ed. & If you want to Become a College Lecturer, then Prepare for NET Exam. :)

You can become PGT Physics after gaining M.Sc Physics and BEd degrees. You can become Physics teacher in an University by doing PhD in Physics and by clearing NET.
